Der Laubbaum besteht aus einem Kunststoffgeäst, das gebogen und beflockt ist. Die Oberflächen der Stämme werden aber speziell behandelt, so dass vom Kunststoff nichts mehr zu sehen ist. Die raue Struktur simuliert perfekt die Rindenstruktur der großen Vorbilder aus der Natur. Außerdem werden die Äste mit unterschiedlichen Materialien mehrfach beflockt, um das Laubbild der Natur perfekt nachzuahmen.
