Neben den großen Jets für internationale Reisen unterhält die russische Regierung eine Flotte von mehreren Hubschraubern für den Transport des russischen Präsidenten und anderer hochrangiger Regierungsmitglieder. Entgegen der normalen militärischen Transportversion besitzen diese Maschinen größere rechteckige Fenster, eine VIP-Ausstattung und eine Zusatztreppe im Heck des Rumpfes. Die Bemalung gleicht der früheren Bemalung der Fluggesellschaft Rossiya mit dem Zusatz des Wappens der Russischen Föderation.
