■ Einsatz überwiegend als Bauzuglokomotive und vor Materialzügen

Der Fahrzeugpark von DB-Netz besteht vorwiegend aus älterem Rollmaterial. Auch einige Lokomotiven der Baureihe 203 sind dort im Baustellenverkehr und zur Überführung von Kränen und Maschinen eingesetzt. Diese Lokomotiven wurden im Alstom-Werk Stendal aus ehemaligen DR V 100 Maschinen umgebaut.
