Gegenüber dem 2-achsigen 5-Tonner verfügt der 3-achsige 7-Tonner über einen stärkeren, luftgekühlten 320-PS-Deutz-Motor mit Abgasturbolader und Ladeluftkühlung. Diese Lkw’s kamen sowohl als Pritschenfahrzeug, Geräteträger für Aufklärungsdrohnen, Trägerfahrzeug für das leichte Artillerie- Raketen-System LARS, Containertransportfahrzeug und auch als Dreiseitenkipper zum Einsatz.
