100th Anniversary – ZM406

1:200 - Standmodell - Neu - OVP

Die 70. Staffel wurde erstmals 1916 aufgestellt und erhielt sogleich ihre Feuertaufe im Ersten Weltkrieg. Ab den 1920er Jahren war sie mit verschiedenen Transportflugzeugen ausgerüstet und wurde hauptsächlich im Nahen Osten eingesetzt. Für die Dauer des Zweiten Weltkriegs tauschte die Staffel ihre Frachtflugzeuge gegen Bomber. Danach kehrte sie jedoch zu ihrer Rolle des taktischen und strategischen Lufttransports zurück und ist seit 2014 mit der A400M Atlas ausgestattet. Um ihr 100. Jubiläum zu feiern, ziert der geflügelte Löwe des Staffelwappens das Leitwerk von ZM406.
