Der LRB08 ist ein kombinierter Belegt- und Rückmelder. Es können 8 Gleisabschnitte unabhängig überwacht werden. Die Meldung der Zustände erfolgt über den R,S-Bus an die Zentrale LZV200 (LZV100, LZ100).
Die maximale Strombelastbarkeit jedes Abschnitts beträgt 4A. Die Gesamtbelastbarkeit (Stromfluss an allen Ausgängen) darf 5A nicht überschreiten.
