Aerolot (Polska Linia Lotnicza" Aerolot") Junkers F13 - P-ALP

Die Junkers F13 war das erste Ganzmetallflugzeug der Welt, das speziell für den Lufttransport entwickelt wurde. Zwischen 1922 und 1925 kaufte die polnische Fluggesellschaft "Aerolloyd" S.A. 12 Flugzeuge dieses Typs, und in den folgenden Jahren erweiterte "Aerolot" ihre Flotte um weitere vier Flugzeuge. Dieses 4-sitzige Flugzeug flog mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 170 km/h und hatte eine Reichweite von rund 600-700 Kilometer. In den frühen 1930er Jahren waren diese Flugzeuge noch bei Aerolots Nachfolger, LOT Polish Airlines, aktiv, was ihre robuste und zuverlässige Konstruktion unter Beweis stellte.
