Trinkwasserwagen des DRK Hilfszuges der DDR. Als einzige überregional aufgestellte Einheit des Zivil- und Katastrophenschutzes in Deutschland war der DRK Hilfszug von 1953 bis 2007 unverzichtbar. Zu seinen Teileinheiten zählten Bereiche des Sanitätsdienstes, Betreuungsdienstes, Pflege- und Pflegehilfsdienstes, technischen Dienstes sowie die des Fernmeldedienstes. Dabei war der DRK Hilfszug sowohl in Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen und regionalen Einheiten des Katastrophen-Schutzes als auch autark tätig.
