Das PIKO Modell der BR 141 erscheint in den Farben der S-Bahn Nürnberg. Die Beleuchtung der Stirn- bzw. Schlusslampen erfolgt über LEDs, deren Rot bzw. Weiß mit der Fahrtrichtung wechselt - funktioniert im AC-Analogbetrieb nur mit PIKO PluX22-Decoder. Technisch-konstruktiv entspricht das Modell den bekannten PIKO Modellen der BR 141.
