Shipping costs and delivery times
We ship your order exclusively as an insured parcel using standard delivery.
If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will dispatch the goods in a joint consignment, as soon as all articles are available and unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the consignment as a whole.
If you choose the method pickup, you will be informed by e-mail when the goods are ready for collection at our local shop.
Delivery to a DHL Packstation is possible. When ordering, please always state your personal postal number and the number of the desired Packstation in addition to your name. Also the postcode and location of the respective Packstation. You can find further helpful information here.
In the following table you will find the shipping costs and delivery times for shipping to other countries than Germany, which you must add to the delivery time specified for the respective item.

If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
